Exhibit:                      Senior Transitions Schedule

Benchmark:               Personal Management

Skill:                           P105: Use Timelines, document steps you take, and evaluate your results in a problem solving process.

We are all given a certain time frames to get things done and we have to take the necessary steps to get them done.  I was given a schedule and I had to have each individual step done in the allotted time for it.  In Senior Transitions we have a lot of projects that we need to get done and we use our time line to get everything done efficiently.  The easiest way to do that is to take things one step at a time and not pushing things back till the last minute.

Our Senior Transitions schedule is something that everyone should utilize.  It allows me to accurately plan my time to complete everything.  I have turned in everything in on time with much success.  I take things step by step and it allows me to make few mistakes.  I have completed each part of the benchmark in a timely matter so that I will not feel overwhelmed by them.  Having them done also allows me to focus other things such as college applications or work for other classes.  All in all using it to schedule time is probably one of the smartest things I could do.  It has made my senior year an overall success because I can complete that work well before it is do and focus on other important things in my senior year.  (P105) Using this timeline and documenting the steps I took, is one thing of the big things I accredit my success to this year.

Scheduling time for things will help anyone become more successful.  Having a set schedule is very important to completing a large set of tasks.  As An Art Director I will feel like I am in a time crunch a large portion of the time.  If I create a schedule and make sure each step is done I will not feel overwhelmed and my product will be of a higher quality.  Right now it is easy to become overwhelmed and things are really intimidating.  That is why I give myself a schedule and I stick to it, that way I can handle all of the stress.
