Skill:                           P106: Use charts, graphs, or graphic organizers to demonstrate organizational skills

Keeping organized is a great way to relieve stress.  If you keep everything in its place then you will never have to worry about finding it because it will always be right there.  Binders are a great way to keep things for future use.  All I have to do is put things in the order that I receive them and I am ready to go when I need to study.

I keep a binder for every one of my classes and I keep them organized so that when a test comes around I can just flip to the section of my binder I need and study away.  By keeping things in chronological order, I can study the things that happened a while ago longer for the exam.  That way I make sure I am really refreshed on a subject I have not looked at for a while.  One of the best binders I every kept was my Biology binder.  I kept everything in the perfect order.  I never lost a paper and even today I still have it organized in its binder.  It was this organization that allowed me to finish that class with a one hundred percent.  I kept everything together in its assigned area so that when the exam came around I could easily study, and that allowed me to receive a one hundred percent on the exam.  I have kept binders like that for every class and that (P106) use of organizers demonstrates organizational skills.

Organization is the key to success.  If you are organized you are always prepared for the things to come.  As an Art Director I cannot afford to lose anything.  If I lose something that is essential to the project it could cost me more money than I could handle.  Organizational skills would allow me to have everything ready when the deadline came for me to in a product.  As for right now my organizational skills allow me to receive the high grades that I do.  They allow me to properly prepare for every task at hand.
